We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

In what order should I apply my LANEIGE products?

Generally, you should apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency: Toner, Refiner, Serum, Moisturizer, and finally your Sleeping Mask during your evening routine.

Does LANEIGE test on animals?

LANEIGE does not conduct animal testing on its products or ingredients, except where required by law in specific international territories.
